Futaba Sakura Cosplay Photoshoot

What can I say... I had an absolute BLAST during this shoot!!

As far as cosplay goes, I aspire to bring these characters that I see myself in to life! Whether it be personality, backstory, or even physical appearance, there's something indescribable about relating to someone that created and developed from beginning to end. After play through through my very first Persona game, Persona 5, needless to say I fell in love with a spunky, nerdy, hacking hermit that is Futaba Sakura. 

Self portraiture is a struggle within itself and you ned get the flexibility that you'd like as far as angles and poses. Stopping to make sure you're in frame, that your camera is focusing on the right spot, jumping back to the camera in between every shot to see if it was okay or what should change. As much of a struggle it is, I genuinely enjoy the alone time and the final product is always that much more satisfying knowing that I did it all on my own. But a little assistance every once in a while is much appreciated as well. 😅 Hoping I can get these bad boys up into a print store soon!!
